摘 要:
观察生长素类物质对感染植原体病酸枣试管苗影响的结果表明: 添加外源 NAA 和 IBA 后的病苗丛枝症状和不加生 长素类物质相似, 均表现伸长生长和梢较上部位有多个分枝梢生长, 而在培养基中添加IAA后可使病苗从其基部产生更多 丛生芽。培养 9 个月后, 用 NAA、IBA 和 IAA 处理的都没有检测出植原体病原脱除的绿苗, 也没有观察到丛生症状减轻的 病苗。关键词:生长素; 植原体; 酸枣; 组培苗

Abstract:
Sour jujube witches’ broom is resulted from imbalance of endogeneous hormones, which is caused by phytoplasma. In order to investigate the effects of auxin analogs on witches’ broom phytoplasma, the infected shoots of sour jujube (Zizyphus spinosus Hu.) were used as materials. The infected shoots were treated with exogenous auxin analogs NAA, IBA and IAA, respectively. The results showed that NAA and IBA didn’t affect witches’ broom, and IAA promoted shoot clumps production. After the treatments of NAA, IBA and IAA for 9 months, PCR analysis of phytoplasma presence showed the pathogen of witches’ broom phytoplasma was not been eliminated in tested shoots, remission of witches’ broom symptom was not observed in all treatments.Key words: auxin analogs; phytoplasma; sour jujube; in vitro shoots
